President of the TEN Section (Transport, Energy, Infrastructure and the Information Society) at the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) in Brussels. Member of the EESC since 2020 (Employers’ Group representative). President of the European Enterprise Alliance (EEA), headquartered in Brussels. Member of the Social Dialogue Council in Poland (2018–2026). Vice-President of the Union of Entrepreneurs and Employers (ZPP) from 2014 to 2025. Chair of the EU-Ukraine Civil Society Platform (2023–2025). Marcin Nowacki has over 10 years of experience in regulatory affairs, public affairs, and B2B relationship development in Poland and at the European level. In recent years, he has focused on engagement in EU-level decision-making processes as well as business relations across the EU, Poland, and Ukraine. His work has primarily concentrated on several sectors: energy, transport, digitalisation, telecommunications, and construction. In the context of Ukraine, he is actively engaged in reconstruction-related topics, with a particular focus on understanding the Ukrainian private sector and financial instruments under the Ukraine Facility. As part of his ongoing activities—beyond public affairs—he supports the introduction of new investments and business operations into Poland/the European Union and Ukraine. He has been a long-standing collaborator with U.S. think tanks, including Americans for Tax Reform, The Heritage Foundation, Atlas Network, and Leadership Institute. He is a recipient of the Steven M. Sass Economic Freedom Award from The Heritage Foundation.
