Theologos Mintzas is a Partner at PotamitisVekris Law Firm, where he has spent fifteen years as a transactional lawyer. He counsels domestic and international investors, corporates and funds on complex commercial transactions, including mergers & acquisitions and joint ventures, with particular focus in real estate, covering the full lifecycle of property investments from acquisition through development to disposal. His advisory practice draws on extensive experience in the regulatory environment governing use, construction, planning, zoning and environmental matters, giving him a first-hand perspective on how legislative quality shapes business decisions. Theologos is consistently recognized across major international legal directories for his work, is a frequent speaker on property and spatial planning law and serves on the oversight committee of the annual National Conference on Spatial Law, organized by Nomiki Vivliothiki. He is the author of the book "Environmental Protection & Property Ownership: In Search of a Fair Balance" (Nomiki Vivliothiki, 2022). He holds an LLM in Corporate Law from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he also completed a Business & Law Certificate at The Wharton School. His studies include an LLB and two LLMs –in Theory of Law and in Environmental Law, respectively– from the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
