Ms. Rabe’s expertise is rooted in a career spanning both technical data science and federal policy. She previously served as a Policy Officer and Data Scientist for the German Federal Government, where she was directly involved in the national implementation of the EU AI Act. Her background in high-stakes innovation includes serving on the Management Board of the Bundeswehr Cyber Innovation Hub, where she drove digital transformation initiatives for the German Armed Forces. Ms. Rabe holds Master’s degrees in Data Science and Public Policy from the Hertie School in Berlin, where she remains an External Lecturer for Executive Education.
