Dimitris S. Papangelopoulos is a Communications and Political Management consultant, who currently works with a polling firm. He serves on the board of the Union of the European Federalists in Greece and is also elected at the board of the Onassis Scholars' Association, while he is part of the leadership team of the Synergia Think Tank. He writes a weekly opinion column for the Parapolitika newspaper, on issues concerning current political affairs. Moreover, he frequently appears on television and radio programs and co-hosts the podcast “Culture Gate”. During his 25 years professional experience, he has collaborated with organizations across the private, public, and social sectors, including think tanks and universities, private firms, local government authorities, the Hellenic Government, as well as the Hellenic Football Federation and UEFA. He has also participated as a lecturer, in a series of seminars on political communication and election campaigns. He has received his bachelor from the Communication, Media, and Culture department of Panteion University, and he got his master’s degree in Political Management from the George Washington University and the College of Europe, as a recipient of an Alexandros Onassis Foundation scholarship. In the past few years, he resides at downtown Athens, and in his free time, he enjoys walking through the streets of the city, traveling across Greece and Europe, and watching films and Panathinaikos’ games.
