Frini Pavlidou is the Chief Customer Experience Officer of NN Hellas since October 2024, while she has been with the company from 2020, as a Chief Technology Officer. She is accountable for overseeing the company’s customer - centric strategies, with the aim of enhancing his optimal experience, mainly through the wide use of technology and digitalization. For more than 25 years, she has worked in companies of different business activities, namely, PQH, Allianz Hellas, PWC, Eurobank Leasing SA, Intrasoft International SA & Computer Logic SA. She has contributed to complex local and international projects of automation and process optimization, in cooperation with Ministries and public authorities in Greece. She is a graduate of the Dept. of Applied Mathematics of the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens, while also holding an MSc in “Management & Operational Research” from Warwick Business School.
