Mario Kijanović has over 10 years of specialized experience in real estate, construction and planning. He has been a key member of Serbian legal teams on numerous major investment projects in Serbia. Mario remains actively involved in various real estate projects on a daily basis, and actively works on enhancing Kinstellar's real Estate, construction and planning service line by formulating firm’s best practice precedents. His main focus is on real estate, energy, project finance and construction, corporate and tax matters. He has assisted a diverse range of clients, from the public sector to some of the world’s largest property and renewable energy project developers. Mario’s areas of expertise include renewable energy projects, retail, commercial and industrial leasing, acquisitions and disposals, subdivisions, development work, apartment and mixed-use projects, agricultural land deals and complex capital and distressed asset transactions. Mario is also President of the Infrastructure & Real Estate Committee within the Foreign Investors Council in Serbia, advocating for the improvement of the investment climate and regulatory framework in Serbia with the aim to attract new investors and facilitate the process of investing in Serbia.
