Zoi Kolitsi is a digital health policy expert with extensive experience at the intersection of health data, system transformation and value-based healthcare. At i-HD, she leads work on digital health policy and strategy, with a strong focus on the implementation of the European Health Data Space (EHDS), data interoperability, and the development of a FAIR data economy. Her work addresses how health data can enable measurable value for healthcare systems, innovation, and patient outcomes. She brings over two decades of experience in European and national digital health initiatives, having held leading roles in major foundational EU programmes that have shaped cross-border data exchange, interoperability frameworks and digital health governance across Europe.
