Kostas Nebis is Chairman and CEO of the OTE Group from July 1st, 2024
Laying the foundations for a new era, Mr. Nebis and the Group’s management team set a new vision for 2030: to transform OTE Group, currently the leading telecommunications provider in Greece, into the leading digital telecommunications provider in Europe, while at the same time guiding Greece toward the top ranks of digitalization in Europe. Under Mr. Nebis’ leadership, OTE Group has accelerated its growth rate, while further strengthening its leading position in the core markets in which it operates (fixed, mobile, pay TV, ICT). In addition, the Group has placed Artificial Intelligence at the center of its strategy, aiming for exemplary use of AI for the benefit of the company, its customers, society, and the country as a whole. From April 2019 until June 2024, Kostas Nebis was CEO and President of the Management Board of Hrvatski Telekom, a Telekom Group majority owned listed company in Croatia. Under his leadership, the company transformed into one of the fastest growing companies of Telekom and recorded an impressive performance on the Zagreb Stock Exchange. Before Hrvatski Telekom, he was the Chief Commercial Officer Consumer Segment of the OTE Group and has also served as Marketing Director at COSMOTE. Prior to joining OTE, he held numerous managerial Marketing positions in multinational companies from the telecommunication and non-alcoholic drinks sectors, both in Greece and abroad. Mr. Nebis has a BSc in Marketing & Management from the American College of Greece and a MSc in International Economics, Banking & Finance from the Cardiff University of Wales.
