Tassos Iossiphides has been a Partner at EY (Ernst & Young) since 2005 and is the Head of EY-
Parthenon, the Strategy and Transactions arm of Financial Advisory Services, for Greece and
Southeastern Europe.
Tassos has more than 30 years of experience in providing financial advisory, strategy and
transaction services across various industries, with an emphasis on energy, infrastructure
and real estate, agrifood, and financial services. In addition, he has led highly significant
projects and corporate transactions in Greece and across Central and Southeastern Europe,
including mergers and acquisitions, valuations and business planning, privatizations,
infrastructure advisory and public-private partnerships (PPPs), as well as investment
advisory focused on capital raising and financing (corporate and project finance), Recovery
and Resilience Facility (RRF) loans, and grants from the European Commission.
He has been an elected Member of the Board of Directors of the Athens Chamber of
Commerce and Industry (ACCI) since 2017 and has served as its 3rd Vice President since
December 2024. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Competitiveness
Council (CompeteGR), as well as a member of the CEO Club, the Athenian Club, and the
Vouliagmeni Nautical Club.
In addition to his role at EY, Tassos is a strong supporter of Greek entrepreneurship and, in
this capacity, advises Greek small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and start-ups,
primarily on strategy and growth financing, including scale-up initiatives, through his
involvement with ACCI and his collaborations with the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises
(SEV) and Endeavor Greece.
