Goshan Mohammed Karadaghi has over 13 years of experience in higher education, public health, and youth development. She joined AUIS in 2016 as a lecturer and was appointed Dean of Students in 2024. Her professional expertise spans global and public health, gender equity, youth engagement, and leadership development. In addition to her role at AUIS, Goshan works extensively with international and local organizations on health development and capacity-building initiatives across the Kurdistan Region. She also serves as the Managing Director of the Kurdistan Health Summit, where she supports collaboration, innovation, and leadership in the health sector, while continuing her advocacy for youth and women's empowerment.
