Christoforos- Emmanouil Boutsikakis is an economist and entrepreneur, a graduate of the Department of Maritime Studies of the University of Piraeus, and holds a Bachelor’s degree on Communication and PR from the American College of Greece. He also holds a MBA– Total Quality Management (MBA TQM) from the University of Piraeus. He was an active member of DAP–NDFK and ONNED. In 2016, he was elected to the Political Committee of New Democracy, where he was re-elected among the top positions in 2018. In the national elections of July 7, 2019, he was elected Member of Parliament for the 1st District of Piraeus and Islands with New Democracy. From 2019-2023 he served as Member of the Standing Committee on Production and Trade & Member of the Special Standing Committee on Equality, Youth and Human Rights. He is the Deputy Secretary of the Political Committee of New Democracy since 2023. He speaks English and Polish. He has been serving as the Chief Executive Officer of the Hellenic Defence Systems S.A. EBO–PYRKAL (EAS) since December 2024.
