Christos Argyropoulos is a PhD Candidate in Classical Reception at the Department of Philology, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA). He has received significant international distinctions, including the inaugural Cincinnati–Athens Fellowship at the University of Cincinnati (USA) and selection as NKUA's Graduate Representative in the Young Envoy Scholars (YES) Program of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. His research has been presented at conferences in the United States, Australia, Spain, and Greece, and he is an active participant in the Princeton Athens Center's Classical Receptions Research Group. He has also contributed to the research activities of the European Network for Gender Studies in Antiquity (EuGeStA). His publications focus on classical reception, gender, and Roman imperial culture.
