Dragoș currently serves as a political affairs officer at NATO HQ, where he covers NATO affairs and security policy implementation for Southeast Europe and the Black Sea region. From 2019 to 2024, he served as special adviser to the NATO Deputy Secretary General, working to enhance the Alliance’s partnerships, strengthen its resilience, and drive a robust Euro-Atlantic innovation agenda. A career diplomat, Dragoș has extensive experience in shaping security policy at the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Previously, he worked in media and public affairs, with a focus on economic development. Since October 2025, Dragoș has also been a Millennium Fellow at the Atlantic Council.
