Dr. Andreas Mitrakas LL.M., M.Sc., is Head of Unit at the “Executive Director’s Office” in the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity (ENISA), supporting the Agency across performance management, stakeholders’ management, governance, legal affairs and compliance, corporate cybersecurity, internal controls, corporate communication etc. At ENISA, he has previously managed broad operational policy areas including cybersecurity certification (EUCC, EUCS, EU5G, EUDIW, MSS and AI etc.), cybersecurity market analysis, product security OSS / CRA, cybersecurity standardisation, cybersecurity measures for personal data, CSIRTs and law enforcement cooperation, eIDAS, deployment of operational cloud services etc. He has served as co-chairperson of the Stakeholders Cybersecurity Certification Group.
