Andries is a senior advisor to real estate owners and investment managers with over 20 years’ experience helping organisations protect and enhance asset value through effective management of energy, carbon and regulatory exposure. He specialises in translating complex sustainability drivers into commercially grounded strategies that strengthen income resilience, support liquidity and improve long-term investment performance. He has advised many leading global investors and asset managers, recently including Aberdeen, Cadogan Estates, Howard de Walden Estate, Ashby Capital, DEA Capital, AXA IM and Royal London Asset Management. Andries has been a Director at Verco since 2021, but since 2026 his role has been focused on driving the global growth of BIP.Verco’s real estate platform and service offering. In this role, he works with investment managers to scale consistent, value-driven approaches across portfolios and geographies, aligning technical delivery with investment strategy and market expectations. He is particularly focused on delivering practical, real-world outcomes for clients, ensuring that strategies are not only robust on paper but translate into measurable improvements in asset performance, risk management and long-term value.
