Georgios Tampoureas is the General Manager of OTE Estate, leading the company’s overall strategy, operations, and transformation agenda in the field of real estate management and development. With more than 25 years of experience in construction, infrastructure, and real estate, he combines deep technical expertise with a strategic vision for sustainable growth and innovation. He is responsible for the design and implementation of the Group’s unified real estate policy, ensuring that every initiative aligns with business performance, operational excellence, and long-term value creation. As General Manager, he oversees the company’s key divisions — Asset & Portfolio Management, Construction, Facility & Property Management — along with Finance, Energy, Human Resources, and Legal Affairs, directing a team of more than 150 skilled professionals. Mr. Tampoureas is a Civil Engineer and holds a Master’s degree in International Management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) from the University of Barcelona. His specialization in BIM empowers the organization to embrace innovative, technology-driven approaches in the design, construction, and lifecycle management of its property assets. Under his leadership, OTE Estate has delivered landmark development and refurbishment projects, achieved significant growth in leasing revenues and partnerships, and strengthened the sustainability and energy performance of the Group’s extensive property portfolio.
