She spent her childhood in Metsovo. She completed her secondary education in England and pursued further studies in Photography in Paris and the United States. She worked with the Egnatia Epirus Foundation, contributing to the design and implementation of programmes aimed at promoting the development and cultural heritage of the Region of Epirus. Alongside her work in the non-profit sector, she pursued a career in tourism, founding Eco Experience, a company specialising in the design and organisation of tailor-made and thematic travel experiences in Epirus, with a particular focus on culture, nature and local traditions. She currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Avali, an organisation dedicated to the protection and social inclusion of children, adolescents and adults with autism. From 2003 to 2006, she served as a Municipal Councillor of the Municipality of Metsovo and subsequently as President of the Metsovo Cultural Centre. Since 2024, she has served as Mayor of Metsovo. She is married and has three children.
