Niki Andravidioti is a seasoned payments professional and Business Development & Innovation Specialist at DIAS S.A., Greece’s national Automated Clearing House. Viewing collaboration as a key enabler of successful payment ecosystems, she regularly represents DIAS in national and international fora and contributes to industry working groups, including EMPSA, collaborating with stakeholders on innovative, secure and interoperable payment solutions. Her experience spans the full payment lifecycle, from business analysis and the design of DIAS’s payment portal for organisations to managing some of its largest and most transaction-intensive clients, for whom reliability, accuracy and service excellence are paramount. This cross-functional experience underpins her holistic, customer-centric approach to payments. Niki holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of West Attica and has completed an MBA with a FinTech pathway at the University of East London with honours.
