With over 20 years of experience in ICT supervision and financial sector oversight, he specializes in cybersecurity, digital operational resilience, ICT risk management, and regulatory compliance. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and has played a leading role in cybersecurity audits, AI-driven supervision, and the implementation of the TIBER-EU framework in Greece.
