Stelios Koutsivitis is President and Partner of SWOT Hospitality Management Company, with extensive experience in Hospitality Investment, Development, Operations and Asset Management across Greece and Southeastern Europe. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in the management and development of hotel assets exceeding €1.5 billion. His experience spans in major acquisitions and investments, driving redevelopment and repositioning of high-profile projects, working alongside international investors and leading global hospitality brands. Furthermore, he possesses a broad range of skills and international experience through leadership military and diplomatic positions in the Hellenic Defense General Staff and the United Nations. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and London Business School and has academic background that also includes the Athens University of Economics and Business and the Hellenic Military Academy of Greece.
