Andrew brings more than two decades of experience in government, business strategy and organizational leadership. He is currently Head, Federal Affairs and Strategic Planning for Philip Morris International. Recently, he served as Senior Advisor Issues Management on the successful 2025 election campaign for the Liberal Party of Canada. Earlier in his career, Andrew held senior leadership positions at StrategyCorp, TVOntario and within the Government of Ontario, including serving as Senior Advisor to the Premier.
