Mrs Valia Dimou is an engineer and holds the position of Executive of the Property Sales & Servicing Division of Cerved Property Services. Her career in the real estate sector started more than thirty years ago and offered her the opportunity to experience and deal with every stage of the real estate market’s development along with the growth of the real estate industry. Her extensive career has provided her with in-depth and comprehensive knowledge of the real estate sector and its diverse areas of activity. She joined the Company in 2000, the year of its establishment as Eurobank Property Services, as Supervisor of Sales and Leases Department. Throughout her long-standing career with the Company, she has been involved in the management and servicing of a large and diversified portfolio of properties, including commercial and residential assets, hotels and tourism developments, while providing a broad range of services to both local and international private and institutional investors. Over the course of her career, Mrs. Dimou has developed extensive expertise in portfolio management, asset and property management, as well as real estate agency and advisory services. She graduated as an engineer from the National Technical University of Athens and later on obtained a Post Graduate Degree in Evaluations and Real Estate. Mrs. Dimou is a Member of RICS Hellas (MRICS).
