Eri has over 25 years’ experience as an international property advisor, specializing in European cross-border investment. Formerly World Research Director at Savills, she led the firm’s global thought leadership program before joining Avison Young’s local affiliation in Greece, where she serves as COO and Principal. A qualified architect with an MSc in European Property Development and Planning and an IPF Diploma from City Business School, Eri advises clients on strategic real estate investment decisions and is a frequent speaker at conferences, webinars, and podcasts. She is former Chair and current Executive Committee member of ULI Greece & Cyprus, a member of SIOR, and an active supporter of women professionals in real estate through the LeanIn Circle in Greece. Having lived and worked in London, Amsterdam, Bucharest, and Athens, and being fluent in multiple European languages, she brings a distinctly global and cross-cultural perspective to her work.
