Mr. Harry Theoharis was born in Athens on 6th August in 1970. He earned his Master's with honors in Software Engineering-First Class from Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine in London. He worked as senior executive in long-established companies and innovative Tech Startups. He was first elected as member of the Hellenic Parliament in January 2015. He served as Secretary General for Information Systems (2011 – 2012) and as Secretary General for Public Revenues (2013- 2014), when he reorganized the agency. He introduced new online services while reducing bureaucracy. He served as Greek Minister of Tourism the period of 2019 to 2021 during the worst global crisis. He helped the Greek government achieve the fastest possible tourism recovery, and Greece has held one of the first positions in the World Tourism Map.
