Damian launched, and has led, Barclays efforts on sustainable investing since 2016.

 

For private wealth holders, family offices, and charities, he advises & facilitates conversations on how to start investing sustainably, re-align their portfolios, and the dynamics of legacy, values, and investment decisions. As well, he supports investment teams to integrate sustainability into their processes and provides input into industry/ external bodies to grow the field.

 

His team’s work has been recognised by the UK Cabinet Office and Investment Week’s Sustainable Investment Awards, as well as the UK National Advisory Board on Impact Investing.

Damian was part of the UK Government’s Taskforce on the topic and is a frequent commentator in publications such as Financial Times, CNN Money, Euromoney, Reuters, as well as a speaker & facilitator at impact investing conferences and academia such as Oxford Saïd Impact Investing Program. His work as an intrapreneur has featured in Harvard Business Review.

Damian graduated from Brandeis University summa cum laude with Highest Honours. He also holds both a M.A. in International Economics & Finance from Brandeis International Business School and a M.Sc. in Organisational & Social Psychology from the London School of Economics.
