Pavlos is a Partner at the Boston Consulting Group in London, focusing in Digital & Technology in the Financial Institutions sector.
Pavlos is dedicated to driving LGBT+ diversity & inclusion within his organisation and beyond. He leads the Pride@BCG Network in one of the firm's largest regions globally (from South America to Europe and beyond), and hosted the regional Pride@BCG conference in Berlin in June 2022, which more than 200 members attended. Pride@BCG was founded over 20 years ago and aims to make BCG the most fulfilling workplace for members of the LGBTQ+ community.
In recent years, he has moderated internal leadership panels on LGBTQ+ diversity (with allies and members), and participated at DE&I events (e.g., Copenhagen World Pride panel moderator, PinkNews Futures panelist, London Business School’s EUROUT conference). Pavlos also leads Pride@BCG's relationship with Open for Business (business coalition that makes the economic and business case for LGBT+ inclusion) and the GiveOut charity (which fundraises for the global LGBT+ human rights movement), and has co-authored ground-breaking reports (GiveOut’s “Pride with Purpose” report in 2021; Open for Business report on ‘New Global Champions’ in 2019).
