Stefanos has a BA from Yale University in Economics and Philosophy, an MA from Peking University in Chinese Philosophy and a PhD from the University of Oxford in Chinese Philosophy. He has worked in the private and public sectors in media and communications, finance, and the European Parliament. He is currently employed at the Greek Ministry of Education where he is responsible for designing and implementing reforms, particularly in the field of internationalization of higher education.
