Federico Santi is a Senior Analyst at the Eurasia Group, the country risk advisory firm. He focuses on Southern Europe, Eu and Eurozone economic governance, and European energy policy. Earlier in his career, Federico worked as a policy officer at the European Commission, and as a research assistant for the National Bureau of Economic Research. He also worked at the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (now the US International Development Finance Corporation) in Washington DC, the EU Delegation to the United States, and the US Senate. Federico, who holds a master's degree in international affairs and economics from George Washington University and a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Bologna, is fluent in Italian, English, Spanish, and French.
