Zoe Polymeropoulou is a highly experienced and accomplished Education & Career Counselor, with over 40 years of experience in the field of education. Her professional experience spans across various areas including team management, bilingual educational and cultural project management, and advice to establishments in the areas of bilingualism and evaluation/self-evaluation. Zoe's career highlights include serving as the Director of the Greek Section of the Franco-Hellenic Eugene Delacroix High School, where she promoted advanced educational cooperation between the two sections of the school, fostered harmonious coexistence between the two communities, and ensured the balanced development of both the French and Greek sections through collaborative programs. Zoe has also conducted research and implemented national and European projects related to the evaluation of teachers' work, the evaluation of the quality of the educational institution, and the monitoring of educational systems. She has also contributed to the OCDE survey on the cognitive abilities of 15-year-old students. Zoe's skills include establishing staff training procedures, evaluation, ensuring a good working climate, crisis situations, and recruitment. Zoe has been a member of the National Commission of the Greek Ministry of Education on the establishment of Indicators for the Evaluation of Executives in the field of National Education and a member of the Organizing Committee for Annual Training Seminars proposed by the Association of French Teachers and by the Pedagogical Institute. Zoe holds a Bachelor's degree in French Language and Literature from the Philosophical School of the University of Athens and has completed a Ph.D. thesis at the School of Philosophy, Pedagogy, and Psychology of the University of Athens on "The Evaluation of the Attitude of Secondary School Pupils towards Foreign Languages." (not yet defended in front of the jury). She is a Board Member of ELLINIKI ETAIRIA - Society for Environment and Cultural Heritage(ELLET) and President of the Council for Environmental and Cultural Education in ELLET.
