Kalli Livanos

Kalli Livanos started her career at an investment fund in New York in 2012, providing structured debt solutions to the maritime industry as well as senior secured loans to middle-market U.S. companies. She then joined Kyla Shipping in 2014, a fully-integrated ship management company with a track record in operating tankers and dry bulk vessels. Today, she is the Chief Commercial Officer overseeing all commercial activities of Kyla Shipping including chartering, operations, finance and insurance. Ms. Livanos has participated in the supervision of new building projects in South Korea and ship repairs in the United Arab Emirates and China. After serving on the Board of Directors from 2020, in 2022 she became the deputy Treasurer of HELMEPA (Hellenic Marine Environment Protection Association). Ms. Livanos holds a Bachelor of Science from Babson College and a Master of Science from Columbia University, both with honors.
