Alena Kudzko is Vice President for Policy and Programming at GLOBSEC, a policy organization headquartered in Bratislava where she oversees policy development and programming. She is also in charge of developing the GLOBSEC U.S. Foundation (in Washington D.C.) and enhancing the presence of Central Eastern Europe in the US policy-making circles and among the wider American society. Her current focus is concentrated on European and transatlantic relations and security, including the transformation of security architecture in Europe and around the world, and the impact of emerging technologies. Before joining GLOBSEC, she worked at various NGOs and policy institutions in Belarus, Estonia, and Hungary, specializing in the area of foreign relations, democratization, and community development.
