Angelos Chryssogelos is Senior Lecturer in Politics and International Relations at the School of Social Sciences of London Metropolitan University. In the past he has held positions at LSE, King’s College London, the Weatherhead Center at Harvard and the Schuman Centre of the European University Institute. He has published extensively on European foreign policy, the role of party politics and ideologies in international relations, and populism and contemporary challenges to democracy. He is a research associate of the Martens Centre in Brussels and president of the Institute for Conservative Policy (INSPOL) in Athens.
