Dimitrios G. Stratakis is the founder and CEO of UNISMACK SA, a food technology manufacturer with a mission to make snacking healthy. Unismack has been driving innovation from its inception in 2008 and is now exporting its unique product propositions to more than 20 countries through its manufacturing facilities in Greece and the US.
Dimitrios holds an MBA degree from INSEAD (France/Singapore) and an MSc in Finance & Banking from CASS Business School (UK). He is an advocate of entrepreneurship and innovation and is actively involved in numerous startup companies as Co-Founder, Investor and/or mentor. He lives in Thessaloniki and volunteers as a BoD member in Entrepreneur’s Organization of Greece and the local Y’s Men’s NGO in Thessaloniki.
