Giorgis Karaouzas-Arvanitis is the co-Founder and Managing Director of Seaspire Maritime, a company that operates since 2014 managing a fleet of ocean-going bulk carrier vessels.

His managerial experience also includes core involvement with his various family business activities: He oversees the Strategic Development of UNISON Facility and Human solutions (ex ISS) and he is the CEO of K. Arvanitis S.A., a vehicle for various investments such as real estate, renewables, hospitality and technology.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and economics from Deree College and a master’s degree in interior architecture from Parsons University in New York.
