Nikolaos Triantafyllopoulos is Assistant Professor in Urban Planning and Real Estate at the Department of Planning and Regional Development of the University of Thessaly. His main research interests include urban planning and land policies, real estate development, housing and public-private partnerships. He has participated in a number of European and national research projects, and has published papers in international and Greek scientific journals and collective volumes. He is a member of the Real Estate Markets advisory group of the United Nations – Economic Commission for Europe. He also serves as a consultant to ministries, national and international companies and public authorities in large urban planning and real estate projects.
