Giacomo Lev Mannheimer is Head of Government Affairs for TikTok in Southern Europe. Born in 1989, he holds a degree in law from the University of Milan and a master's in international political economy from the University of Kent. Prior to joining TikTok, Giacomo has worked in tech companies, politics, and consultancy. He is also a Research Fellow at Istituto Bruno Leoni think tank, a member of the board at Forum Economia Innovazione and the scientific director of the Metropolitan Observatory of Milan.
