Tatiana is currently the CEO of Hellas EAP, the leading Employee Assistance Programs Provider in Greece and Cyprus, contributing to the company’s further growth, with a clear vision of promoting mental health and wellbeing in the workplace and supporting all employees and their family members, through a holistic “care-approach”.
A senior HR & Business Leader adept in general and operations management skills, with cross-functional business understanding, she started her career in 1993 in the Telecommunications industry, working for Stet Hellas where she remained for 4 years, holding the position of Customer Care Manager. In 1997, she moved to the banking sector and joined the Piraeus Bank Group, where in 2007, she became the General Manager of Piraeus Direct Services.
In 2010, she moved to the Group Human Resources & Organizational Learning of the Piraeus Bank Group, initially as the Head of HR for the Management of the Group's Units and Subsidiaries, a business unit that gave her the opportunity to integrate, in her new role, all her invaluable business experience and knowledge. The areas of her responsibility gradually expanded, and she became the Head of the Group Human Resources & Organizational Learning, in 2015.
Tatiana Tounta is a graduate of the School of Economics of the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece and holds a Master’s degree in Business Communications and Public Relations from the European University (Montreaux).
