Matis Pellerin is Vice President for Global Government Affairs at Oracle Corporation, an American based multinational company providing cloud services, software and hardware solutions in over 140 countries worldwide. He leads Oracle global team dedicated to working with governments on policy issues relevant for Oracle business, including digital sovereignty, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, Data and Privacy. He is based in Paris.
• Matis started his professional career in 2012 as a diplomatic advisor to the French Ambassador in Washington DC in charge of Africa and Latin America.
• In 2013, he worked as an advisor in the Office of the Prefect of the Alsace region, where he managed a portfolio of railway and airport issues, then in the office of the CEO of Air France as an advisor to the Director of Public Affairs.
• In 2014, he joined the French consulting firm adValorem Public Affairs, followed by Euros / Agency Group in 2016. In his capacity as Account Director, he advised international companies in the digital, transport and financial sectors. He also served on public diplomacy missions.
• Since joining Oracle in 2019, Matis held several positions in the EMEA Government Affairs team. He has been appointed Vice President for Global Government Affairs in April 2022.
• A former student of the Ecole Normale Supérieure, Matis is also a graduate of Sciences Po Paris and the University of Paris Dauphine.
