Dr. Yorgos Koutsoyannopoulos is vice president of corporate development at Ansys, Inc., the global leader of pervasive simulation technologies, member of S&P500 and Nasdaq-100. From 2019 to 2022 Yorgos was VP of engineering at Ansys leading a global team for semiconductor design solutions. Prior to Ansys and since 2000, he was the CEO of Helic, Inc., an enterprise software company, that was acquired by Ansys in 2019. Yorgos earned both his diploma and PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens in 1995 and 1999 respectively and has attended executive courses at Harvard and London Business Schools in leadership and marketing.
