Myrto is a mindful leadership and corporate wellbeing consultant, committed to making an impact and catalyzing compassionate change for the greater good in every setting she teaches.

She is the founder of One Breath Mindfulness Center, the pioneer consultancy in Greece offering scientifically-backed psychoeducational programs that combine mindfulness, neuroscience and psychology, and cultivate resilience, emotional intelligence and wellbeing, to individuals and organizations.

Transitioning from the corporate world after 15 years in management consulting and marketing roles in multinational companies in New York, London and Athens, she now shares the practices that helped her recover from burnout, into leading a life of balance and purpose.

Myrto has implemented leadership development and holistic wellbeing programs to organizations such as Microsoft, GlaxoSmithKline, Nestlé, Phillip Morris, Google, Coca Cola HBC that aim to develop a more human corporate culture and support workplace mental health and performance. She has also collaborated with the Hellenic Society for Medical Oncology as well as patients’ associations regarding the implementation of mindfulness-based interventions for health prevention and quality of life improvement. She supports local NGOs by providing access to One Breath programs to underprivileged groups such as unemployed mothers and cancer patients.

Myrto is a certified mindfulness instructor at the University of Massachusetts Medical School and the Brown University School of Public Health, trained by the pioneer scientists that introduced mindfulness to the world, such as Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn and Saki Santorelli. She is training in systemic psychotherapy at the Athenian Institute of Anthropos (AKMA). She also holds a BSc in Corporate Finance from the University of Piraeus and an MBA from Boston University.
