Alexis Damalas is the leading Partner in Financial Advisory team at Deloitte Greece and is a member of the EMEA FA GFSI Executive Committee.
He is an Economist with more than 28 years’ professional multi-sector, multi-discipline experience in Greece and abroad in international telecom projects, banking, energy, tourism & leisure and innovation.
Over the last two decades he has managed hundreds of corporate finance projects, amongst which numerous important Merger & Acquisitions and Fund-raising projects, Restructurings, Valuations and Fairness Opinion engagements for the determination of the share exchange ratio during mergers of listed on the Athens Exchange companies, for clients and target companies active in Greece and in Southeastern Europe.
Alexis holds an MBA - SDA from Bocconi University in Milan, and a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from the University of Piraeus.
