Roza Monou

Roza Monou is a marketing and communications professional with 20 years of experience in PR, advertising, marketing, and research with an emphasis on digital media.

She has held several executive positions in the private sector, bringing into fruition intricate web projects such as cityofathens.com back in 2007 and working for clients such as Eurobank, the Stavros Niarchos Foundation, Johnson & Johnson Hellas, Philips Hellas, and more. During her work in the public sector, she pioneered social media communications and open-data policies in government and founded Startupgreece.gov.gr in 2011. Infected with the startup virus, in 2012 she co-founded and managed the development of Spoonmates.com, a social dining online venture launched in 2013.

SEV Hellenic Federation of Enterprises is the largest employer organization in Greece, with members that represent about 50% of the business activity in the country. Between 2016 and 2018, as Senior Advisor, Roza crafted and implemented a comprehensive digital and social media strategy which succeeded in shaping an impactful digital presence for the organization in terms of both content and image/presentation. Today, she holds the position of Corporate Communications & Events Director.
