Eftichia Kasselaki is part of EY’s leadership team as Partner, People Advisory Services Leader and Transformation services, as well as EY Private. She advises Leaders across various sectors on matters such organizational transformation, strategic rewards, change management, culture, leadership, and people transformation, performance management, as well as board governance, transactions/integrations, family busin ess growth and succession planning. Eftichia has more than 30 years of experience in consulting, across several sectors of economy and countries, and senior line management roles, in financial services, with more than 10 years in Clevel roles, member of Group Executive Committee, Strategic Committees and Chairman/Vice Chairman of selected Greek subsidiaries. Before joining E&Y Eftichia Kasselaki was Executive General Manager at Piraeus Bank, supervising Retail Banking, Branch Network, Deposits and Digita l Banking. Over her professional career in financial services, she led in terms of people & supported business in double digit acquisitions in Greece and Southeastern Europe having as a journey Group Human Resources & Organizational Learning, Branch Networ k and Retail Banking. Eftichia began her career as an Organizational Psychologist and Management consultant, providing services in various industries. She holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Analysis & Behaviour at Lancaster Business School, and a B. A. in Philosophy & Psychology at Athens Kapodestrian University. She has been trained in Executive Coaching, Transformational Leadership Series, ESG Leadership Academy by top Business Schools professors.
