Paraskevi Ant. Dramalioti is a lawyer, a National School of Public Administration and Local Government (ESDDA) graduate, and a Phd holder on Administrative Science with a focus on regulatory coherence and coordination of the governmental work at the centre of Governance. She completed her postdoctoral research at the Department of Public Administration of the Faculty of Economics and Public Administration of Panteion University. She authored the book "The Executive State: Regulatory cohesion and coordination in the Centre of Governance" (Papazisis Publications & Center for European Constitutional Law, Themistoklis and Dimitris Tsatsos Foundation, Athens, 2021). P. Dramalioti obtained two postgraduate degrees specializing in public and international law. She is a fellow of the "Maragopoulos Foundation for Human Rights", has taught at undergraduate and postgraduate university level, as well as at ESDDA under the subject of the "state organization and operation, and coordination of the governmental work". Her articles are published in magazines and newspapers and she participates in scientific conferences and studies. She has worked in key positions in the public sector, such as at the Ministry of Interior and the Special Management Service of the Operational Program "Public Sector Reform". She has served as Head of the Department of Foreign Affairs and National Defense at the General Secretariat for the Coordination of Governmental Work since its establishment in 2013. She has taken part in technical negotiations with the troika, monitoring state-public administration issues. Paraskevi Dramalioti is a particularly active member of the ESDDA Alumni Union where she offered her services as Secretary General, and, also, as the first Ombudswoman for the ESDDA Alumni. From November 2019 until March 2021 she held the position of the Vice President of the National Centre for Public Administration and Local Government (EKDDA).

Since April 2021, she is EKDDA’s President. During her tenure, for the first time in the Greek public administration, a remotely supervised exam was held for the selection of the first law drafters and public and digital policy analysts, with the help of artificial intelligence methods and tools. During the same period, EKDDA became the first Academy of Public Servants in Microsoft technologies, and is contributing - under the leadership of the French National Institute of Public Service (INSP-former ENA)- to the training of the young executives of the Albanian public administration, as a member of the consortium that emerged as the winner in the relevant European Commission selection process.
