She was born in Heraklion, Crete, Greece.
She studied Communication and Mass Media at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and at the same time, English, French and Turkish.
Before finishing her studies, she was already working for «Kathimerini» newspaper in Athens, where she served for two years (1999-2001) as editor at the Foreign News Desk. From 2000, until 2012, she worked as an anchorwoman and Foreign News Desk editor for Star Channel, Greece. In Athens, she also covered visits of Turkish officials. She travelled several times to Turkey, where she covered important events.
In 2012, she moved to Cyprus, where she has been working since then, being in charge of political and foreign affairs topics.
She has interviewed former President of the Republic of Cyprus Mr Nicos Anastasiades, current President of Cyprus Mr Nicos Christodoulides, when he served as Minister of Foreign Affairs and Government Spokesman and members of current and previous Cabinet of Cyprus.
From May 2020, she is the Correspondent of ERT in Cyprus and from January 2021, Correspondent of Athens-Macedonian News Agency in Cyprus.
In May 2022, she was awarded the honorary distinction from “Athanasios Vas. Botsis Foundation for the Promotion of Journalism”, for her work on the closed city of Varosha, Famagusta, Cyprus and the highlighting of issues regarding Cypriot Hellenism at ERT.
