Evgenia Tsaprali is the Head of Business Continuity Directorate at the National Cybersecurity Authority of Greece (NCSA, Ministry of Digital Governance). One of her main duties is to conduct cross-organizational efforts to counter incidents and anticipate the likelihood of future security alerts and disasters of critical infrastructures. From 2006 to 2020 she was System Administrator and Business Analyst in various organizations in the public sector. She was involved in the preparation and evaluation of specifications for technical proposals & public tenders. She holds an MSc Degree in Information Systems from the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB). She is a certified Lead Auditor in Business Continuity Management Systems (ISO 22301:2019). She represents Greece in numerous European conferences and forums on Cybersecurity.
