Maira Myrogianni is an Expert on Asylum and Migration at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Greece. She has served as political and legal advisor to the Alternate Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Minister of Labor, the Minister of National Defense, the Minister of Culture and Sports, and the Minister of Shipping, as well as members of the European Parliament, among others.
Ms Myrogianni specializes in European, International and Refugee Law, and Human Rights.
She has a law degree from the Lille II University in France, and from the Athens University in Greece, as well as a DEA/Master’s from the Perpignan Law School in France. She has obtained a Master’s Degree on Migration from the University of Peloponnese in Greece and is currently a PhD candidate on Refugee Law and Human Rights.
