Panos Karpathios was born in 1981, in Athens. As the CEO of Karpathios Development Group, he established a new way of thinking and operation in Logistics & Industrial properties. Growing rapidly he has been established as an industry leader delivering large- scale outstanding projects helping companies overcome logistics challenges and grow in an organic way.
Over the years we have expanded our activities, deepened our specialization, pioneering the field of logistics to this day.
He is a founder & CEO of many other real estate companies creating unique real estate investment opportunities in sectors of hospitality, residential and mixed -use complex.
He holds a Bsc from the University of London (LSBU) in Civil Engineering and a Msc in Structural Design from LSBU as well.
Amongst his main priorities, over the last decade, is to ensure that he contributes to a brighter, sustainable and energy efficient future for the upcoming generations.
