Nikos Antoniou is a London-based senior music industry executive with 15 years of experience of pioneering global marketing strategies in the music industry. Over the years, he has led award-winning campaigns for global music artists and brands. Nikos heads up the Artist & Label Partnerships team at Spotify UK & Ireland. He oversees strategic partnerships and global market-leading campaigns which aim on giving artists the opportunity to live off their art and users the opportunity to enjoy and be inspired by it. He has previously held leadership positions at Sony Music, Condé Nast and TaP Management in the UK, where he oversaw creative marketing and talent development. Previous roles included leading audience development campaigns for music talent in Greece. He is a member of the BRIT Awards Voting Academy since 2019, has been involved in various music panels over the years and mentors young professionals and artists in the music industry, both in Greece and the UK. Nikos holds a BSc in Economics from the National Kapodistrian University of Athens and a Master’s in Music Business Management from London College of Music and the University of West London.
