Miltos Catzigiannakis SYRIZA Progressive Alliance, Deputy Head of the Interior Department of the Parliamentary Group, responsible for the Local Administration, former Mayor of Skyros. During his career as a lawyer at the law office of Dimitris Tsovolas from 2001 to 2008 and then as a lawyer law firm “EC-- partner in the law” he has specialized in criminal law, as well as, in public law and environmental law. His political activity began in his student years and then he was actively involved in the elections of the Athens Bar Association. In 2014 he was elected mayor of Skyros and was a member of the culture and sports committee of KEDE and a member of the environment and spatial planning committee of the PED of Central Greece. In the 2019 national elections, he was elected as an MP of SYRIZA Progressive Alliance in the region of Evia and he was chosen by the President of the party, Mr Alexis Tsipras, as the deputy head of the Interior Department, responsibl e for the Local Administration of the party's Parliamentary Group
